The Overdue requests dashboard KPI counts the number of open requests for data in your workspace that have surpassed their due date.
Requests can be assigned to a supplier or a user in your workspace. The assignee is responsible for uploading this data before the assigned date has passed.
Requests become overdue as soon as the date and time of the request have been reached, and no data has been submitted in response to this request.
Requests where data has been uploaded but is still in the processing phase still count as overdue, as a data request is only considered complete once data has been submitted.
Click 'View Details' under the overdue metric to view a list of the top five datastores with overdue requests, or view all overdue requests by clicking the 'Requests' tab in your gather360 workspace.
